Her education programmes cover songwriting and motivational programmes for all ages and backgrounds to help empower individuals and groups on their creative journeys
Elaine has received high acclaim from mentees within the music industry and is currently building on mentorship of start-ups and small business owners to help grow their own creative businesses, empowering them to enhance their creative skills while anchoring their business strategies and self confidence.

Having built her own small creative business from scratch Lennon also now offers aspiring entrepreneurs support in navigating their start-up journey including web design and hosting, creative content creation, personal branding photoshoots and brand palette consultations as well as invaluable business tools to help them cope with book-keeping ready for HMRC self assessments.
